Our 3 Sales Coaching Programs are all designed to bring about change.
Heres how it works:
- Depending on the level of experience in Sales choose from either the Foundation or Advanced Program.
- If there is any particular area of emphasis simply make it known and it can be included into the program.
- Choose from the 2 optional "In the Field" Coaching Sessions (Most companies want this included).
- If you have a Sales Manager or Team Leader why not consider having them attend the Sales Managers Mentor Program to become a better leader for implementing change in the Sales People
- Billing can be on a monthly basis to spread the cash flow for your business.
- A De-brief session will take place with the CEO to monitor program and the next step
Program 1 - The Million Dollar Sales Foundation Program
This 8 session program gives the salesperson a great foundation and understanding of how achieving sales excellence works.

At the end of the foundation program participants have the option then moving to the next level with our advanced programs (8 sessions).

- Results speak louder than words
- Territor and pipeline management
- Total solution selling
- Establish rapport with you buyer for results

Program 3 - The Sales Managers' Mentor Program
At Tonini Group Australasia we offer a Sales Managers' Mentoring Program. A total of 8 sessions which provide the skills in sales management and delivering a dynamic result for your team.
